Abstract
The motor compatibility in the basketball is considered one of the main factors that play an important role in developing the level of motor performance, and a basketball player needs the motor compatibility to combine several motor skills in one way, or be able to do accuracy movements in a high professional way in changing circumstances. And the motor compatibility is one of the most important motor skills which help the player to reaches for high level of the performance without using a groups of muscles that dissipate the player's effort, and through which he can develop the level of skillful performance in basketball. that the motor compatibility is one of complex physical abilities that linked with balance, agility, flexibility and a sense of muscle, Whenever was the player has a great motor compatibility Whenever he was learning faster and more accurately and projected errors avoid. The aim of this study was to identify the effect of the training program for motor compatibility using the suggested exercises to (the Ladder agility drills with a ball and without - general and especially for motor compatibility with a ball and without), so as to develop effective technique for Basketball Juniors. Where the (number of weeks training program Proposition 12 weeks, the number of training units 36 and training units time 120 minutes), The researcher used the experimental design with two groups of pre-and post-measurements to a sample of 36 juniors selected by intentional way. The most important results showed that there are statistical significant to the experimental group and the control group for post-measurements in most of the compatibility and technique Variables and effective technique in favor of the experimental group. The researcher recommends application the suggested training program because it has a positive effect in improving the skillful performance for juniors basketball.
