Abstract
The research aims to identify the effect of the PETTLEP program on some of the kinesthetic abilities for swimming players and to design a PETTLEP dynamic visualization program. Where the researcher used the experimental method, the research sample was randomly chosen from the swimmers of the Alexandria swimming area who registered, where the research sample reached (25) players, and the program consists of a unit every week during which there are three sessions distributed over three days per week where each session lasted 60 minutes Distributed over the program components. Where the participants in the program applied the seven elements of the program (physical - environment - learning - mission - emotion - timing - perspective), the following conclusions were reached. A mental training program using the PETTLEP Vital Imaging Elements has a positive impact on improving the performance of the swimming players to whom the proposed mental training program using PETTLEP is applied. The mental training program using the PETTLEP bio-visualization improved the skill level of swimming players.- The effect of the mental training program using PETTLEP on the visualization axes (internal, external and kinesthetic) has a positive effect within the kinetic visualization scale of the swimming players and the effect of the mental training program using the equivalent elements ( Visualization (PETTLEP biosynthesis on Vienna variables (Vt s), concentration of attention, concentration of attention and continuity of performance in dispersants; reaction speed, reaction time), positive influence within the Vienna scale for swimming players.
