This research aims at identifying the values of differences between the different weight statuses with significance of the value of the Body Mass Index (BMI) in the fitness level of the (9-12) years-old children. The preliminary measurements which represent the measurements of height and weight were conducted on a random sample consisted of elementary stage students from Al-Baha region whose age ranged between (9-12) years-old, and their characteristics were as follows: age (10.61 ± 0.89), weight (35.85 ± 12.41), height (140.51 ± 9.57), BMI (17.84 ± 4.64). The research methodology depended on identifying the relative distribution for the weight statuses of the research. The students were distributed according to the percentile distribution into four different weight statuses which included: underweight, healthy-weight, at risk of overweight, and overweight. A group of physical tests then have been applied on the following physical abilities (fixed maximum strength, transition speed, muscular endurance, muscular ability, flexibility, endurance, agility, compatibility, and balance), also the fitness level was calculated by the total of obtained (t) value by each student regarding the physical abilities of the research, and to calculate the differences between the groups, the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was used where the findings showed that there were significant differences between the different weight statuses in most of the results of the physical tests in favor to the children with healthy weight. The results also showed significant differences between the different weight statuses in the fitness level in favor to the children with healthy weight in most of the physical abilities, while the results of the effect’s extent showed that the variable of ‘balance’ was the most affected by BMI while the maximum strength was the last ranking in the list of physical abilities according to the effect’s extent.

This research aimed at develop mono fin junior swimmers’ physical abilities using functional strength exercises and identify their effect on following sub-aims: developing trunk (abdomen and back) muscles stability and strength for mono fin junior swimmers and improving mono fin junior swimmers’ driving force in abdomen and back muscles. Ninety subjects randomly recruited from dolphin junior swimmers in Sport Police Federation Club registered in Egyptian Diving & Lifesaving Federation in the sport season 2017 participated in the study (30 subjects in experimental group, 30 in control group and 30 for pilot study). Physical abilities tests used as data collecting tools. Experimental group undergone functional strength program consists of (44) training units, (20) training units for general preparation period, and (24) training units for specific preparation period, 5 units/week in general preparation period and 3 units/week in specific preparation period. The most important results indicated that experimental group prove superior to control group in physical variables related to mono fin swimming under study.

Through the work of the researcher teaching and teaching basketball to the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and what the skills needed from the compatibility of the motor and development of perception and difficult to develop after the age of 14 years so the researcher turned to apply the program to the basketball beginners at the school sports Menoufia, which becomes more influential and during which uses alternative tools during The application of specific exercises aimed at the development of the sense of kinetics of young people using some of the tools that are similar in composition in terms of the composition of motor performance of strength and speed, and the time course of strength as well as the direction of muscle work with those movements Lead in the game, those exercises away The performance of the traditional way constitutes a basis for the development of skills for rapid movement, and more impact on the accuracy of muscle movement and compatibility, as well as improved reaction kinetic and that which is lacking during the stages of education and training of youth within clubs.
In light of this, the researcher saw the attempt to design an educational program using specific exercises by tools to find out how it affects the learning of some basic skills in basketball.

This paper presents a novel Excel-Visual basic for application (VBA) program that simplifies the process for sport-science students and researchers dealing with Bertec force plate form outputs, without the need for knowing any programming language or using sophisticated-expensive software programs. The designed program automatically facilitates the following tasks: starting from reading, decoding, importing, graphing, extracting, calculating, reporting and finally archiving force–time variables measured by faceplate form to an Excel spreadsheet file. The imported input variables extracted from force plate text file are: serial numbers, time, ground reaction forces in three dimension (Fx, Fy, Fz), that help in creating the calculated force-time variables in an excel report sheet including: sampling frequency, start and end time, time range of ground reaction forces in three dimensions; the maxima, minima, time and duration of both extremes, in addition to the total impulses, both positive, and negative, with their time ranges.

The study aims at identifying the effect of varied-intensity physical exercises on some physical and physiological variables to improve the performance level in sports shows. The experimental approach was used for its relevance to the nature of the research, using the pre- post-measurements. The study was conducted to a sample of (24) first grade students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Alexandria University, the students were assigned to participate in the Republic’s championship for the sport shows of the specialized faculties, where the physical variables and physiological measurements were measured and the researchers designed a sport show that has been learned and trained for a period of (10) weeks, with (3) training sessions per week. The results showed that the experimental group in the post-measurements exceeded the pre-measurements in all physical and physiological variables of the respiratory and circulatory systems of the first grade students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys. The performance level in the sport show has improved in the post-measurement in contrary of the pre-measurement. The sport show has got the first place of the Republic’s championship for the sport shows of the specialized faculties in 2017, and according to these results, the researchers recommend to direct the students to participate in the sports shows that contribute to the improvement of the physical and physiological variables, of the respiratory and circulatory systems, use and functionalize the exercise tools and equipment in the sport shows appropriately, and conduct physiological measurements regularly to identify the extent of the response of the respiratory and circulatory systems to meet the requirements of the sport shows of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education.
