The purpose of this study was to compare the strength gains after 13 weeks of daily undulating periodization (DUP) and weekly undulating periodization (WUP) resistance training program with equated volume and intensity for volleyball players. Eleven volleyball players of Tanta club with minimum 1-year strength training experience participated in current study. All subjects have underwent to both DUP and WUP resistance training program in the same time, using the method of unilateral limb training; one side of the body (i.e. arm and leg) used DUP and the other side used WUP for 4 sessions/ week in non-consecutive days using split routine. One repetition maximum (1RM) was measured during 6 exercises before training program (PRE) and in the 7th week of training (MID) and at the end of the 13-week training (POST). The results have shown statistically significant increase (p ≤ 0.05) in all exercises at MID and POST compared with PRE, and at POST compared with MID for both DUP and WUP models, statistically significant differences favor WUP (p ≤ 0.05) at POST for 2 exercises in comparison with the DUP. No statistically significant differences (p > 0.05) between DUP and WUP in muscular strength at MID and POST for 4 exercises, however the WUP model shown a higher percentage increase in muscular strength than DUP for these 4 exercises. In conclusion, both DUP and WUP periodized training programs made similar strength gains from baseline to week 6. However, between week 8 and week 13, the WUP model outperformed the DUP model making larger improvements in muscular strength.

E-learning (EL) is the use of Information and Communication Technology like , Internet, Computer, Mobile phone, Learning Management System (LMS) and others to enhance teaching and learning activities. The great advantages of e-learning include making interactions between learners and instructors. There has been a large increase in the number of colleges and universities in the world that offer fully online courses and blended courses. The blended courses have a face-to-face component along with an online component. These courses are less costly for universities to offer and provide students with more flexibility than traditional classes. King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia has an E-learning site designed for teaching and learning using module software package. Health education is a professional field that has expanded rapidly, and emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. Health education builds students' knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes about health. In KFUPM the students have to undergo compulsory PE classes which have a course syllabus containing health education. This study is about the student’s feedback and performance in the traditional and blended health education courses. For this study a total of 480 students (230-term 132 & 250-term 141) were selected as subjects .A questionnaire was selected on the health education for each of the four PE courses, 001, 002. 101 & 102. The students were asked to answer the questionnaire for term 132(traditional course) and 141 (blended). Besides, the performance of the students was analyzed to find the difference between the traditional group and the blended group. The results showed that the percentages of the scores of the blended group for the learning process of the all PE health education course contents were better than the traditional group. Further, the blended group had a significant performance when compared to the traditional group in all health education courses. It was concluded that the e-learning is more effective media in enhancing the performance of the students in the health education course.

Physical activity of people plays increasingly more important role in scientific interest regarding way of life of contemporary society. It is also very important factor in the process of officiating of the level of healthy and active life style, quality of life and health in general and also in context of prevention of obesity.
The term physical activity (PA) is mostly perceived as a synonym to the term healthy “active lifestyle”, or more precisely as lifestyle linked with regular whole life motoric activity. As a such active lifestyle is a system of important activities and relations and associated practices focused on reaching undepreciated and harmonic state between physical and mental aspect of human being. Active transportation, as an indispensable part of healthy active way of life refers to any form of human-powered transportation – walking, cycling, using a wheelchair, in-line skating or skateboarding. In Czech context, from the perspective of active ways of transportation to his/her work, most respondents prefer „inactive ways of transportation“ (cars, public transportation system); only less that one quorter of respondents use active ways of transportation (walking, biking). Men are more interested in biking, women in walking. Strong resistence against active ways of transportation to work is typical for young people in their early twenties.

Evaluating the status quo and identifying the obstacles are considered the first steps of the strategic planning. Consequently, we can propose solutions and develop appropriate plans. Thirty one elite weightlifting coaches were chosen to take their perceptions on the most important obstacles facing the Educational-Training Environment (ETE) of the junior weightlifters. A questionnaire was developed until it reached 10 domains and 51 items. Tri-scale was used to express the participants’ views on the questionnaire items. The questionnaire internal consistency was estimated using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (α = 0.916) and value of reliability using the Spearman-Brown coefficient (r = 0. 873 significant at the 0.01 level, 2-tailed = 0.000). Thirty five out of 50 questionnaires were returned to the researchers in February 2014. Four invalid were excluded, therefore the study was limited to 31 questionnaires. Data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. Percentage and Chi-Square were used to identify the response direction. Priority of obstacles within each domain of the ten domains was arranged according to the relative weight. The ten domains were arranged according to the average of each domain relative weights. Results indicated the strongest obstacles were associated with funding sources and budget (average of RWs = 0.4236). Obstacles associated with community culture, school, social-economic situation, media and security came in the second place (average of RWs = 0.45372). Obstacles related to learning-training programs and activities came third (average of RWs = 0.4659) and those related to the facilities in the fourth one (average of RWs = 0.4713). Starting to make a future strategy of educational-training environment for weightlifting juniors in the light of study results is an urgent requirement. Without a proper planning, perfect selection of athletes and an ideal application the desired goals will not be achieved.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the rate of force development with two legs jump (2LEG) and one leg jump from three steps running (1LEG) for Egyptian handball national team players. Fifteen elite male handball players from the Egyptian handball national team (age=22.8 ± 2.1 y; height=187.1 ± 7.2 cm; mass=88.9 ± 10.1 kg) volunteered in this study. Each player performed three trials of vertical jump (VJ) with two legs and three trials one leg jump from three steps running (1LEG). The best trial was selected for analysis. Wireless accelerometer data (Beanair AX-3DS 24G) were processed using Smoothing Moving Average filter (Sigview 2.5 software) to calibrate Peak of Force (PF) and Time to Peak force (TPF) with a force platform data (Bertec). The results showed that rate of force development (RFD) has a relationship between the two legs jump (2LEG) and one leg jump from three steps running (1LEG) performance. The rate of force development (RFD) had a relationship with 2LEG and 1LEG performance. In high level handball, the rate of force development is the most important ability in most game situations; it gives the player an advantage to accelerate, decelerate or jump and shooting in less time. Therefore it can be used as an indicator for efficiency for all power activities and as a differential parameter between different classes of players in handball.

The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between some kinematical variables and the shot put distance of the male and female competitors under the age of 18 years, who participated in the republic championship season 2013, As well as to identify the contribution of the most important kinematic variables on the achieved shot put distance. The research sample consisted of 31 male and 21 female. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology with survey method through video, and motion analysis. Through the procedures of this research and the obtained results, it has been found that there are statistically significant correlations between the achieved shot put distance and some kinematic variables - (acceleration distance, height of release point and velocity of release) - for the male competitors. As well as, the results have shown that there are statistically significant correlations between the achieved shot put distance and some kinematic variables of - (acceleration, height of release point, angle of release, angle of launching and velocity of release) - for the female competitors. The velocity of release is the most important and contribution variable with the achieved shot put distance for male and female competitors. In light of results, the researcher has been reached two equations to predict the achieved shot put distance, this equations Depends on the velocity of release variable.

In order to prepare and conduct this study, a series of processes were conducted. The following conveys the essential information that will expose the procedures conducted to address the relevant purposes.
Participants
All National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I athletes at one university located in the southern United States were invited to participate in this study. Of the 18 teams, 15 agreed to participate (83.33%) including athletes (n=174) from 10 different sports. Among these athletes, 116 were female (66.67%) and 58 were male (33.33%). Most were in their first year (40%) and had an average of 2.03 years (s=1.102) of college playing experience and 11.33 total years (s=3.934) of playing experience in their respective sports. The majority of participants were athletes on individual/dual sport teams (76%).
