The researcher used descriptive and experimental methods on a sample of (5) female players of the 1st class in handball. The electrical activity of muscles working in the long jump shot skill was measured in such female players (8 muscles in the upper limbs and 8 muscles in the lower limbs) before and after exposure to a program of qualitative exercises for such muscles. Measurement was taken by electromyography (EMG) and the program lasted (8) weeks by (3) units a week. The researcher concluded important results showing the positive effect of the qualitative exercises on loading muscular work of muscles working in the long jump shot in handball female players in the research sample. }, keywords = {electromyography,Long jump shot in handball, qualitative exercises}, url = {https://jassalexu.journals.ekb.eg/article_84569.html}, eprint = {https://jassalexu.journals.ekb.eg/article_84569_c248a5c599ca43f418f6b5f77c723832.pdf} } @article { author = {Ahmed Basiouny, Fatema}, title = {A Recommended Program for Overcoming Learning Plateau with the Non-Preferred Arm and Its Effects on the Three-Point Shot for Junior Basketball Players}, journal = {Journal of Applied Sports Science}, volume = {6}, number = {3}, pages = {8-15}, year = {2016}, publisher = {Alexandria University, Faculty of Sport Education in Abu Qir}, issn = {2357-0024}, eissn = {2357-0059}, doi = {10.21608/jass.2016.84570}, abstract = {The current research aims to identify the effects of an educational program on breaching the learning plateau for learning the three-point-shot for junior basketball players. Illness of course causes trouble in life, and this fact is confirmed by saying that health is a crown on the heads which one cannot know its value, until he/she suffers from pain and disease Salama (2007). The availability of health services in the community is of the most important factors that affect the health of individuals; these services are presented in hospitals and health units and centers, as well as the necessary hardware and equipment. It reflects the values and core needs of the individual, especially in the modern era, so it becomes a good idea to do some exercise in spare time under supervision of specialized companies in the field, such as health clubs which has spread largely recently with the society’s recognition of the importance of devoting some time to relax and take a break and get away from daily pressures and burdens.
